PixelBeam 1.0.0 dependency source materials

PixelBeam uses dynamically loaded LGPL libraries. The accompanying source
archives include upstream sources, MSYS2 PKGBUILD recipes, and patches for the
libimobiledevice family and OpenSSL. pi-heif includes its Windows build recipe;
the actual bundled HEIC libraries report libheif 1.23.0 and libde265 1.1.1.
The older versions mentioned in pi-heif's upstream notice are stale; matching
1.23.0 and 1.1.1 sources are supplied here. The upstream notice is preserved.

Build the MSYS2 source packages with makepkg-mingw in the matching MINGW64
environment after installing the build dependencies declared by each PKGBUILD.
For pi-heif, follow its included libheif Windows recipe and build_libs.py, then
build the Python extension against those shared libraries. Keep x265 disabled.

Customers may replace the LGPL DLLs with compatible modified versions using
the same filenames under PixelBeam/_internal (and native/libimobiledevice).
PaperNewt permits modification of these library portions and reverse engineering
of PixelBeam for debugging such modifications as required by the applicable
LGPL. No PixelBeam license term overrides the third-party license permissions.
PixelBeam's proprietary application source is not part of these library sources.
